Kuthchemes was a flourishing city 3000 years before Conan ruled by Thugra Khotan - sorcerer dabbling in dark magic. It was overrun and plundered by Hyborians invading Acheron. To escape invaders Thugra Kotan sealed himself in an Ivory Dome, which even time couldn't penetrate... until a thief from Zamora who learned about the riches of Kuthchemes unlocked the ancient ruins of the Dome only to free Thugra Kotan and lose his life.
