Conclusion
Over the course of the night, two residents of Oak Valley get more involved than they should have in the Killer Game. One was Audrey McInterney, a single mother trying to reunite with her son. The other was Laura Thomas, an EMT trying to get to the bottom of the weird killers. They were both convinced to take possession of game weapons, which proved more important than the actual players. Audrey took the sword and was dubbed Audrey Unleashed, and Laura took the gun and was dubbed the Last Gunman.
Audrey, who was suffering a psychotic break from the events of the night, was convinced the only way to see her son again was to take out Laura. Laura, who had learned quite a bit about the game, was just trying to survive. Laura initially refused to kill Audrey until the representative from Massachusetts gave her the brutal truth: that killing Audrey was the only way to end the game and if she did so she would also save Audrey's son and his babysitter.
Hearing this, Audrey threw her sword down and allowed Laura to take her out to ensure her son had a good life away from Oak Valley when the dust settles. In addition to her new identity documents, Laura received some for the boys as well. Xavi, the babysitter was her brother, and Audrey's son was her adopted son, both of whom were in her custody.
Rascal Randy's body was never located to be disposed of. Randy survived the tournament, but the clean up crew still marked him down as dead, chalking his disappearance as a misplaced body rather than an escaped killer.
