Paikang is the port-city capital of Khitai. From here the largest kingdom in Hyboria is ruled by a God-King of the Scarlet Circle. Considered legendary to westerners that visit the capital, they are both prideful of their ancient heritage and fearful that western influence will undo all that they have spent centuries creating.
