History

A former Soviet space facility, which served as the home and training ground for Vostok-X. It is in this place where Ya'Wara finds the original Vostok after the death of his clone at the hands of Black Manta. Later, Vostok discovers that he and three of his clones were raised in four different ways as an experiment to bring out the best possible cosmonaut.

As time passed, Mayhem established his headquarters at this research station, attempting to recruit Vostok. But because of his confrontations with Aquaman and the Others, Mayhem makes an attack on Vostok's group of friends. In the resolution of this confrontation, the base is destroyed after the impact of a nuclear missile.
