Saint-Sébastien is a small island, sixty-seven miles off the west coast of France. The place was a leper colony, until a fire wiped everything out in 1639 with no survivors. While the place was burning, the ghost of a priest appeared in the cathedral at Angouleme and delivered a 45-minute sermon on being kind to your less-fortunate brothers.
