A small town located in America, Salvation Valley was located near a black site, Essex Airbase, where experimental super-weapons were made and developed. One such weapon, the Water, escaped containment and proceeded to poison the town, driving every living being violently, irrevocably insane. The effects were irreversible, and Salvation Valley was targeted for radical environmental detox.
