The nation of San Sebor was ran by the dictator El Fajita. The United States looked the other way as El Fajita tortured, persecuted and denied the basic liberties to the island nation's citizens all because El Fajita was an anti-Communist. With the uproar of LexCorp, and against the will of Claire Montgomery, the Conglomerate was used to overthrow the El Fajita's regime. The rebel leader El Carbonero was thrilled with the work of the Conglomerate and invited them back to the island when he is elected president.
