Overview
Starhaven Experimental Facility is a division of S.T.A.R. Labs which is located just outside Gotham City. Several hundred employees worked there and it houses many rare and unique parts of scientific equipment. Preston Payne once broke into the facility which caused a fight between him and Batman which subsequently destroyed part of the inside of the facility.
