It is a nexus between different realities of the Multiverse. It served as an access point to main reality for the Triumvirate after escaping from the Graveyard of Gods. This is where the Triumvirate of Sea Gods chained and restricted some of Aquaman's powers during Drowned Earth, and where the Atlantean hero is forced to fight with Black Manta. This is where Wonder Woman and Arthur depart to meet Poseidon at the Graveyard of Gods.
