When Abe Jenkins reformed the Thunderbolts he rented the warehouse using money and funding from Baron Strucker and HYDRA. Later Speed Demon would steal money to help finance the rent on their hideout.
The warehouse was destroyed during an attack by the Squadron Sinister and the team relocated to the Richmond Ranch.
