Origin

The Trask Mansion was the site of over a hundred murders committed by a group of wealthy individuals. Multiple members of the Trask Family were involved in every sort of murder imaginable, from cannibalizing the bodies of patients, hunting homeless people on the grounds of the mansion, or luring men into their bedroom in order to kill them.
