It is a small country ruled by the Solokov family, whose leader the Legend. He has lived since the time of King Atlan of Atlantis. Legend was the son of the Alchemist, the man who Atlan stole the Gold of Legacy from to create The Seven Treasures of Atlantis. Following this, Legend vowed revenge on Atlan and Atlantis and retrieved the Gold of Legacy. Because of this, they formed a small nation that the family ruled from birth. In this place is where Aquaman and the Others discover the secret of the origin of the material of the Atlantean objects that they carry. It is also the place where they meet Vostok-X after defeating the Solokov family.
