Valhalla, or Sky City, was a floating city above New York, that was at the centre of the Fall of the Hammer event.

Following Spider-Man, The Punisher and Dr. Doom battling against a group of false gods who claimed it their home, Doom took control of Sky City and re-purposed it as part of his Latverian kingdom. He subsequently renamed it Libera Cielo (Latverian for "Clear Sky").

Valhalla was destroyed during an attack on Doom after he claimed presidency of the United States.
