The device known as the Creation Constellation is a pocket sized godhead which has the power to turn under evolved sapient's into Celestials upon physical contact. An object of phenomenal cosmic power which was sent from world to world as a means for the aforementioned space titans whom helped create the Multiverse to judge the worth of an individual races fitness of continued existence. This apparatus would find it's way to worlds inhabited with life and, when they come upon it, would undergo a techno-activation transformation which changes them from lowly mortal to cosmically charged micro giant. Usually at the cost of they're sanity as the power slowly ate away at their consciousness, their individual sense of being until all that remained was maddened power left unchecked. If the user proves unworthy and runs amok with said uplifting, they will more than likely destroy their world and everything on it.
