Film

- The Iron Monger armor appears in the first Iron Man movie. In the film, the Iron Monger armor is created by Obadiah Stane based on the recovered prototype Iron Man armor that was built by Tony Stark during his captivity. Stane plans to mass produce the suit in order to sell it and make a fortune, and powers it by using the Arc Reactor he stole from Tony. He is forced to pilot the prototype Iron Monger armor after his plot is uncovered by S.H.I.E.L.D., and the suit is ultimately destroyed after Stane is killed during his battle against Iron Man and Pepper Potts.
- Obadiah Stane and the Iron Monger armor briefly appear in a flashback sequence in Iron Man: Rise of Technovore.
Television

- The Iron Monger suit appears in Iron Man: Armored Adventures. Initially piloted by Michael O'Brien, it ends up being used by Obadiah Stane during his fight against Iron Man. The suit is ultimately destroyed after Justin Hammer attacks Stane while wearing the Titanium Man armor.
- The Iron Monger suit appears in the Marvel Future Avengers episode "Secret Past of Iron Man," where it is utilized by Ezekiel Stane, Obadiah's vengeful son.
Video Games

- The Iron Monger suit appears as a boss enemy in the video game adaptation of the first Iron Man movie. The suit's backstory is expanded on in the game, and it is revealed that A.I.M. had a hand in its design.
- The movie version of the Iron Monger suit is playable in Lego Marvel's Avengers.

- Iron Monger was featured in Hasbro's action figure line for the first Iron Man movie.
- Hot Toys produced a figure of the movie version of the Iron Monger.
- The comic version of the Iron Monger armor was featured in Hasbro's action figure line for Iron Man 2.
- The Iron Monger suit was the subject of a Marvel Legends Build-a-Figure wave from Hasbro. Each figure in the wave (Iron Man 3 Iron Man, Iron Man 3 Iron Patriot, Classic Iron Man, Ultron, Bleeding Edge Iron Man and Iron Patriot) came packaged with a piece needed to complete Iron Monger. The Build-a-Figure was an upscaled version of the 3.75" scale Iron Monger figure from the Iron Man 2 line.
- The Iron Monger suit was featured in the "Iron Man: Iron Monger Mayhem" Lego kit.
- The movie version of the Iron Monger suit was featured in Hasbro's Marvel Legends line as part of a two-pack with Obadiah Stane. It was released as part of the Infinity Saga sub-series.
