Its existence known by very few, the Miracle Machine, also known as Geh-Jedollah-the Absolute, was discovered in 2960 by The Controllers in a way to refine Guardians' will-powered technology to create the final machine, the ultimate technological artifact, a machine that turns thoughts into things. When realized the horrific potential of a single stray thought to completely alter reality, the device was switched off permanently and sealed for all time, in a block of inertron. It can calculate the Life Equation. "A super-Communications device—like a cellphone to the gods. A will-powered machine that makes GL power ring tech look like a slideshow projector." It’s taken all the resources, the accumulated knowledge and expertise of a whole culture, to make the Miracle Machine. One chance. One wish. Superman tried to memorize it and used all his solar power to activate it. He wished for a happy ending to the story.
