The President Clinton was once a subway train operating on New York City's R Line. It was at some point captured by subway pirates and became the train of the Dead Dogs, captained by No-Beard. The President Clinton was crashed during a battle between the Dead Dogs and the Sun Lubbers, though some part of it may have survived.
