History

After the destruction of the original home planet of the Nova Corps, Xandar during the Annihilation Wave and a brief stay on the Living Planet Ego, the Nova Corps found themselves based on the ship known as the Resolute Duty. The Resolute Duty is an old Upholder Class Nova Corps patrol cruiser piloted by the Nova Centurian, Zan Philo. After the creation of the Fault from the events of the War of Kings, Nova and his few Corps members encountered the Resolute Duty exiting the Fault and covered by Mindless Ones. The ship had been trapped in the Fault for 35 years due to a stargate accident. After clearing the ship of them and meeting Zan Philo, Nova decided that the Resolute Duty would be Nu-Xandar and the base of the Nova Corps.
