After Jackie Estacado remade the world in his image, one Dr. Rachel Harrison received the Heart Stone. Apparently it had always been in her family, and it was given to her by her grandmother.

The Heart Stone has the power to see the dead. It also shows auras of people who are dying. It has power over life and death.
