Overview

The time-sewing machine is used by the Seven Unknown Men to carry out their task to maintain the fabric of the universe. It resembles a typical electric sewing machine, and appears to be operated in a similar manner. It may be used to create "suits" which can be put on characters, and thus dictate the ways in which their character arcs will unfold. It can also be used to patch and mend time, and to stitch up holes in continuity.
