The Tri-Crown of the Chaos Godhead is an object of mystical power embued with dark, corrupting magicks. It was forged by the Scarlet Witch in an attempt to redeem her guilt and resurrect the 16 million mutants who had perished on the island of Genosha.
The Tri-Crown staff is made up of three magical elements:
- A twisted root from the bottom of Yggdrasil
- The eye of Alak-Rah the Void Spider
- The Crown of the Chaos Godhead
Together they form the Tri-Crown which wields power over life and death by perverting the natural order of reality.
Creation
The Tri-Crown first appeared in Empyre: X-Men #1, and was co-created by writers Jonathan Hickman and Tini Howard and artist Matteo Buffagni.
