He represents, with Manel Fontdevila, the new generation of El Jueves magazine authors, with his series Tato and Para ti que eres joven. He publishes his first strip in 1989 in Lider magazine. He creates a fanzine called Mondo Lirondo with college friends and wins the Best Fanzine award at Barcelona's Comic Festival. In 1996 he presents Calavera Lunar for Puta Mili magazine and wins the Best New Author award at Barcelona's festival, he is also nominated for Best Work and Best Script. Ediciones El Jueves asks him to create a series for its magazine and he starts his most famous character, Tato. He enters the board of director of El Jueves. Together with Manel Fotdevila, he incorporates new authors to the magazine and starts the series Para ti que eres joven. He becomes the director of El Jueves in 2006 and has to face a judicial sentence for a cover in wich the Prince of Spain appears having sex with his wife "doggystyle". He has also made some series for children in catalan magazines and continued his series Calavera Lunar for a galician magazine.
