Charles Quinlan was active in comics during the 1940s and 1950s working on dozes of different characters and comics.
As well as creating The Deacon & Mickey, a sort of low-key Batman & Robin rip-off with a sort of religious theme, his credits include Cat-Man & Kitten, Lone Eagle, Masked Rider, Real Life Comics, Hopalong Cassidy and a number of others.
