Career

Dustin Nguyen was born in the year 1976. He worked titles from DC, Marvel, and Wildstorm. The earlier work he did was on Jet, Wildcats Version 3.0 and The Authority. Later, he began working as the artist on Batman titles with Paul Dini such as Batman, Detective Comics and Batman: Streets of Gotham. He is also the cover artist for the many DC titles such as Batman Beyond and JL: Generation Lost. In November 2010, Nguyen was set to take over artistic duties on Batgirl, starting with issue #15, but only managed to do a hand full of issues, before having to leave for another project. That project was later revealed to be Justice League Beyond, a digital first release series that he and long time friend and inker Derek Fridolfs both co-wrote and illustrated. Dustin would aslo draw two issues of The New 52 series Batwing, and the second American Vampire mini series, titled American Vampire: Lord of Nightmares. In October 2012, he and Fridolfs would launch a new digital series titled Batman: Li'l Gotham, which would feature Nguyen's watercolored "Li'l" versions of all of Gotham's characters in stories surrounding major holidays in each month through out the next year.
