Erica Schultz is an American comics writer and the co-creator of M3. Her most notable works are Daredevil and Laura Kinney: Wolverine for Marvel Comics and Spawn: Rat City for Image Comics.

Erica Schultz is an American comics writer and the co-creator of crime series M3, the winner of the "Best Comic Book" award at the 2012 Burbank International Film Festival.
Her most notable works are Dynamite Entertainment's Charmed series, the original graphic novel Revenge: The Secret Origin of Emily Thorne for Marvel Comics, Dynamite's Swords of Sorrow: Masquerade & Kato one-shot (co-written with G. Willow Wilson) and the Swords of Sorrow: Black Sparrow & Lady Zorro one-shot, both part of Gail Simone's all-female crossover event. She also wrote The Unauthorized Biography of Winston Churchill: A Documentary and Cheese: A Love Story with artist Claire Connelly. Schultz wrote "Pop Goes The World" in 2015's Vertigo Quarterly: SFX #1 and is a contributor to Image Comics' Where We Live anthology.
She provided artistic support for Neal Adams on The New Avengers 16.1, The First X-Men, Batman Odyssey, and Blood.
