Gene Gonzales is mainly a commercial illustrator. He has produced work for higher education and primary education books. Gene has also worked in the comic book industry since 1993. His clients have included DC Comics, Image Comics, Caliber Comics and others. He is also a publisher and has written a series of books TALES OF THE CHEROKEE retelling the Cherokee myths and legends in a comic book format.  Gene also post drawings every day on his sketch blog.
