Career

Jeff Lindsay is best known as the author of the Dexter series of novels, the protagonist of which is a sociopathic serial killer and blood spatter analyst for Miami Police Department. His works have been adapted into a successful television series starring Michael C Hall and Jennifer Carpenter. Lindsay is a creative consultant on the show, and has personally approved many of the crucial character and plot differences between the novels and the series, even having a brief on screen cameo on the show.

Dexter has also been adapted to into a comic book series by Marvel.
