Mart Bailey
Mart Bailey (Artist) was the creator (along with writer Gardner Fox) of a Golden Age hero who wore a terrifying mask. This vigilante's name was The Face (AKA Tony Trent).
Mart Bailey is responsible for drawing a masked hero, going by the name of The Face, to life. He also created another comic book with his wife Marion called "Brass Knuckles". Columbia produced both of his comics.
