Edward Sinnott O'Reilly was an American writer, journalist, and film actor.
In 1917, created the fakelore character Pecos Bill. In 1937, he was the writer of a Pecos Bill strip illustrated by his friend Jack A. Warren, the strip was reprinted in Dell's The Comics.
