Media Factory
Though it was originally founded as a publisher by the Recruit company, as of 2011 it is one of many smaller publishers that make up the larger Kadokawa Corporation.
Although Media Factory was founded in 1986, currently its oldest ongoing manga magazine is Monthly Comic Flapper which was launched in 1999. In 2006, Monthly Comic Alive was created and in 2011 (the year the company was acquired by Kadokawa), Monthly Comic Gene joined the other two magazines. Together these three magazines and their respective serials make up the bulk of Media Factory's manga publishing though it also does publishing in other mediums (such as light novels).
