Background
The truce between the forces of Dark and Light was broken when both forces were aware that the birth of Sara Pezzini’s child will mean the key to ultimate victory in the eternal conflict. The Darkness and The Angelus throw down in the ultimate melee to be the owner of the baby until the true nature of Sara's pregnancy is finally revealed.
As the story unfolds, Estacado's gang was obliterated by some angels, The Angelus finds a new host in order to bring a new statu quo to the world by taking the kid for herself. Nevertheless, Danielle Baptiste, Jackie Estacado and The Magdalena join forces to protect Sara's baby against the Angelus and her minions.
Writer Ron Marz (Ion, Samurai: Heaven & Earth) and digital painter Stjepan Sejic (The Darkness: Level 1, Witchblade) are in charge of Top Cow's epic three issue series which will change Top Cow's universe forever.
