A five part spider-odyssey set after the Grim Hunt and O.M.I.T. , Mary Jane is back to Peter's life and multiple villain since the Brand New Day story arc. will make their appearances .After Norman Osborn's baby is born the villains set out to get to the baby but Spider-Man stands on Osborn's side to stop the villains with this exposing himself and his family to a greater danger than ever.

According to Marvel and Joe Quesada, after this story nothing will ever be the same in Peter Parker's life and with issue # 647 the Brand New Day era will conclude.

Doctor Octopus, one of Spider-Man's greatest enemies, create a new organization of super-villains. They will hunt to the son of Norman Osborn and Lilly Hollister.
