The Mini-Gingers were made from the same batch of batter from which the Gingerdead Man was made. The Gingerdead Man made them himself. By working as a group, they can attack humans and by crawling into the mouth of a human, they can make sure they're eaten, placing that human under the control of the Gingerdead Man. They can also reform into a giant gingerbread man.

They were destroyed when, in their collected form of a giant gingerbread man, a cupcake full of firecrackers was stuffed in its mouth and exploded.
