The Diamond Gang first appears in Incorruptible #6 and are responsible for killing the family of Headcase. They believe they are doing the work of Plutonian to kill non-whites. Their leader is Mazarin.

Diamond Gang was created by Mark Waid and Damian Couceiro
Powers & Abilities
The team has no super powers and deals mostly in normal firearms. They did however have a manuscript with information on super beings like Max Damage, including how to kill him.
