Origin

Raccoon City Police Department were the officers of the Raccoon City. Most of them died in the initial siege of the zombie infection, and were scattered, inefficient, and mostly uncooperative and in panic by the time the city needed their help. However, some infected/zombie policeman and survivor policeman from Raccoon City have appeared in the Resident Evil movies, comic books, and video games.
