A covert paramilitary force under the Colonel Wesley Knight orders. This force worked to Agent John Bishop, and fights the differents mutants and ninja clans in New York City like the Mutanimals, the Foot Clan, the Triceratons and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. This force also captured Slash and brainwashed him. When Old Hob kidnapped Wesley's father, he left the fight, along with the Darkwater.
