Despite being a humanoid species, the Givin race were easily distinguishable from humans as well as other humanoid species. Due to their extremely likeness to that of the human skeleton, they had a most frightful appearance to some humans and other species. They had four or five fingered hands, depending from individual to individual, and three toed feet. This skeletal appearance is in fact a hard exoskeleton that heightens their invulnerability to the outside world and it also adapts to changed in heat in the atmosphere, such as it suddenly becoming hot or cold. This exoskeleton is due to atmospheric tidal waves created by moons, and thus because of it the Givin have a phobia of exposed skin.
