Meeps
The Meeps were originally a peaceful and happy race as their appearance suggests, but they were mutated by the Black Sun. They were transformed into a power and conquest hungry race that were completely hostile, using their cuteness to decieve people.

The Meeps were a highly advanced and exceptionally peaceful race until accidental exposure to Black Sun radiation turned them into a murderous race of conquerors. Led by their "Most High", Beep the Meep, the Meeps seemed unstoppable until the interstellar Star Council had genetically engineered Wrarth warriors created using five of the strongest races in the galaxy as the template. The Wrarth defeated the Meeps at the Battle of Yarras, but Beep the Meep escaped.
