The Forsaken are a dissident faction of the Scourge. Led by Sylvanas Windrunner, the Forsaken are established in the catacombs of Lordaeron.

The Forsaken are the reject offspring of the scourge, and rebel against those who who stand in favor of the Lich King (Arthas)
Lady Sylvanas recently depatched a troop of High ranking Undead's to sabotage "The Alliance", "The Horde", "Arthas & The Scourge" in which their commander said the following: "Death to the Scourge, and death to the living!"
Backstabbing their pact they had with the horde, it can be accumulated that they will now stand alone.
