Vindicators
Formed mainly from the sidekicks of core Freedom Phalanx members, the team is led by The Statesman's grand-daughter and protegé, Ms. Liberty.

History
Most of their members are younger heroes who have spent time being mentored by or as sidekicks to the more powerful heroes from the Freedom Phalanx. Coming into their own, they train would be superheroes entering Paragon City.
The Vindicator's belief in giving second chances have allowed them to accept heroes fallen from grace and villains who wish to redeem themselves. One of their more controversial members was the psychic supervillain, Malaise, whose alignment to good and bad have changed on a number of occasions.
