Copra is a team of superhuman mercenaries in the employ of the US Government. The team is an analog of DC's Suicide Squad and many of the members are analogues for existing Marvel and DC characters. The team is led by Sonia Stone, the "Amanda Waller" of the group. The Copra team has been in existence for a number of years before the events of Copra #1.
