Sadie Dawkins - A young, spoiled socialite who is turned into a "walking cartoon" when a bullet becomes lodged in her brain.
Ceecee - Sadie's best friend, a groupie with loose morals.
Annie X - An ex-model and nurse with a severe eating disorder.
Donatella - A transgender character, a man turned party girl with a dangerous drug habit.
The members are disloyal to each other and frequently betray each other for their own gain. The other members of the group often report to the Pinkertons, a group of assassins hired by Sadie's father to kill her, disclosing her location in the hope of claiming a monetary reward.
