Apokorats are large vicious vermin from the planet Apokolips that can be grown to sizes that're often ridden by Darkseid's warriors, they'd infested Earth-2 during the invasion of said alt, world.

History
Apokorats are vermin that were native to the dark New God planet of Apokolips. These ferocious beasts ranged from small rat-like animals to larger ones that can be used used as mounts by warriors. During Darkseid's invasion of the Earth's of the Multiverse, Parademons were dispatched to invade the world of Earth-2. In the travel to that Earth, Apokorats journeyed through the Boom Tubes where they infested the planet after they repelled the Apokoliptian invading forces. In time, they managed to migrate further in-land and came to populate cities such as Lansain where they preyed on civilians. Certain criminal syndicates on Earth-2 had engineered and bred large Apokorats to be used as mounts. After being imbued with the power of Mercury, Jay Garrick travelled to Lansain where he saved a couple from small attacking Apokorats. Kendra Saunders whilst trying to find the killer of Alan Scott's lover came under a attack from three Apokorat riders who were killed by Earth-2's Batman.
