Located in New York City, the Church of the Midnight Dawn are a group of middle aged Satanists. After Morgana returned and defeated her sister, she became the head of the Church and referred to as the 'Dark Lady.' She is using the members to satisfy her sadistic nature and to locate the relics of her past.
