There's a minor continuity error with their ages, in Nightwing #32 - Double Dare and the arc that would continue that Margot is the older sister by a few years. However in Nightwing Secret Files, he labels them as twins.
Origin
One time featured entertainers from the French Cirque Sensationnel, Aliki and Margot Marceau embarked on a life of thievery, partially for fun and partially for the added wealth. Later in their criminal careers, they became less scrupulous, resorting to paid murder.
