Dzyan
Race of superior beings of dazzling aspect who left Earth millenia ago.
The Dzyan are an ancient race that abandoned Earth long ago. However, a few members elected to remain. Vril is a Dzyan concept referring to the full potential, physical and mentally, of a species. The Dzyan who remained on Earth secluded themselves in a mobile fortress buried under ice in Antarctica. Arthur Gordon Pym, grandfather of Neptune Perkins, would be trained in the use of Vril by the Dzyan. Pym would later have to absorb the Vril of his former shipmate, Dirk Peters, who was also trained by the Dzyan. Peters was upset after Pym revealed a portion of his story to Edgar Allan Poe. Pym defeated Peters in a Vril fueled mental battle. Pym would absorb Peters' Vril. He would use this additional Vril to subjugate the Dzyan upon his return to their Arctic home.
Pym would go on to be known as Argor by the Dzyan. He would take a Dzyan female, Kalla, as his mate. He forced the Dzyan to use their advanced knowledge to create the Nautilus, an undersea boat. He would take the name Captain Nemo. Argor would be the inspiration of Vernes novel.
The Dzyan influence on Human Literature
A rogue member of the Dzyan passed a copy of the Book of Dzyan to Madame Blavatsky. She used this to write her book, "The Secret Doctrine." The French writer Jacolliot learned of Vril over a hundred years ago in Calcutta.
Pym told a portion of his experience to Edgar Allan Poe. Poe used this to write, "Narrative of A. Gordon Pym." Pym also passed information to Jules Verne. Verne would use this to write "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea."
