Justice Lords
In an alternate timeline, where Luthor was elected President of the United States then proceeded to execute the Flash. This made the Justice League become more extreme in their worldview, where they ruled the planet under a totalitarian dictatorship with an Iron Fist.

The Justice Lords was created by Stan Berkowitz in Justice League episode A Better World Pt. 1 for the DC Animated Universe. The Justice Lords were originally modeled after the Crime Syndicate of America however writers said they are ideologically closer to The Authority.
DCU - Post Flashpoint
Due to the destruction of The Source Wall Perpetua was released back into the Multiverse. When Perpetua started her crusade, the Justice Lords allied with her in order to spare their universe.
