Kabuki Twins
The Kabuki Twins are henchwomen of the Penguin in the television series 'The Batman' as well as the spinoff comic book series 'The Batman Strikes!'. They are not part of the mainstream continuity.

The Kabuki Twins (Peri and Gale) are the Penguin's bodyguards. Both are exceptionally skilled martial artists and employ steel blades on their fingertips. They are both completely silent - neither woman has ever been shown to speak. However, whenever they appear an eerie whispering can be heard.
When dressed as civilians, the Kabuki Twins wear ornate black-haired wigs and long green kimonos and they still wear their masks.
