Origin

Scrapper troopers were cloned from the DNA of Scrapper, by the DNA-project. They were (probably) created to be a miniature combat-team, that can do what a "normal" sized soldier can do, but obviously, in a more smaller way.

Creation

Scrapper troopers were created by Jack Kirby.

Current Events

Presumably, the troopers haven`t appeared Post-Crisis universe or in the New 52.

Powers & Abilities

Scrapper Troopers were ordinary, peak human/trained soldiers, but with DNA enhancements to shrink down to unfathomable sizes to operate in special missions.
