In Chicago, the Blue Beetle and Question fought several street gangs that joined together some were the Hi-Brows, Deltoids, Cyberpunks and Wild Ones.

New York City

The Jade Phantoms

Before the Huntress was rebooted she worked in New York City. In New York she fought many gangs many worked for Mafia Bosses like Brick Wall. Some of the gangs she went up against were the Jade Phantoms, the Daggers, the Psycho Crew, the Skulls, and the Blood Reds.
